About the Bobby Spivey & Kim Long REALTORŽ Team

Bobby & Kim decided to combine their years of real estate knowledge at the beginning of 2002. The ultimate goal is to provide the highest quality of customer service that can be given. With many top producing REALTORSŽ, numerous clients fall between the cracks because the REALTORŽ has too many clients or tasks to handle. The team concept allows them to better serve their seller and buyer clients by sharing & delegating the daily responsibilities of being top producing REALTORSŽ. Since becoming a team, they have won the prestigious Century 21Ž Quality Service Award five times, the coveted Team Centurion Production Award five times and Team Double Centurion twice. Bobby and Kim were inducted into the Century 21Ž Honor Society in 2006 for years of consistent and exceptional performance in the Century 21Ž System.

Bobby is a native Charlottean, who grew up in Northwest Mecklenburg County. After graduating from North Mecklenburg High School, Bobby attended Wingate College where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Bobby obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1992 and his Real Estate Broker Designation in both N.C. & S.C. shortly after. In January of 1997, Bobby joined Century 21Ž Murphy & Rudolph as a full-time agent. As an individual agent, he earned the prestigious Century 21Ž Quality Service Award in three times. He also received the coveted Century 21Ž Individual Centurion Production Award three times. Bobby hired his first buyer's agent and began operating as a team before partnering with Kim Long in 2002 and going on to earn many quality service and production awards as a team. As a local area expert with excess knowledge of the Charlotte communities, Bobby has worked diligently to satisfy each and every client.

Kim is a native of Charlotte who grew up in Northwest Mecklenburg County. Kim graduated from West Mecklenburg High School. Kim obtained her Real Estate License in 1998 and joined Century 21® Murphy & Rudolph soon after. Since joining Century 21® Murphy & Rudolph, Kim has earned the production award of Masters and has received the Team Centurion Award every year since 2000. Kim dedicates her undivided attention to make every transaction a success for both the buyer & seller.

She graduated from West Mecklenburg High then attended Winthrop University and earned her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising. Robin began her real estate career in 1999 at Century 21® working with Bobby Spivey. Robin earned her Real Estate License in 2000. Her goal is to provide each customer, buyer or seller with great customer service. Robin only works with a few clients at one time, which allows her to give each person the best possible service.
