Business is not going. What to do?

Business can go, and can stand. Why is this happening, why is business worth? If the conversation went in a different context, then the words “why it is worth it” would have caused more joy than disappointment, because in some cases the word “worth” shows just that everything is good. However, when it comes to business, the word “worth” has a negative imprint, because a standing business does not bring its owner anything but headaches and nervous breakdowns.

A business should not stand, a business should develop, because money is invested in a business, and money must make money, which is impossible with a standing business. Money brings only a developing, dynamic business. In order for a stand-alone business to start making money, it needs to be made to go, it needs to be given a dynamic.

Before you give the business a dynamic, you need to find out the reason why the business is not going. Want to find out this reason and make your business dynamic? One option is to analyze the brand. As a result, a lot of valuable information will be received, if it is not enough, you can take other actions, which are discussed below.

In addition to problems with the brand, business stagnation is often attributed to the fact that it prevents the state from developing. It is believed that the business does not go only because the state puts the sticks in it and if the sticks are removed, the business will go. This is pretty common opinion, which is shared by 80-90% of businessmen who have problems in business.

Such a large percentage of believers in this opinion should indicate that it is true. To some extent it is really true, but not 100%. Such states as the USA, Germany, Japan not only do not interfere, but also render what support they can to their manufacturers, for example, car manufacturers.

However, in spite of everything, the business associated with the production of cars they actually currently stand in, and sometimes even falls. From this we can conclude that the stagnation of business and interference in the affairs of business by the state are not always interconnected, since in developed countries even state aid does not allow solving the problem. If so, then there must be some other reason.

Another factor that influences business development is often called corruption. It, of course, causes very great economic damage to cities, countries and businesses. However, again, despite the fact that in developed countries there is a very tough fight against corruption, many businesses are also actually standing there.

This means that corruption in the role of this “stick in the wheel” is not suitable. It, of course, can stagnate some specific businesses, sometimes even destroy them, but it is not a “stick in the wheel”, especially since very often the cause and source of corruption is the business itself. Very often business creates corruption. Very often, some businessmen use corruption schemes in order to confront competitors, beating out for themselves the most favorable working conditions.

In other words, corruption does not actually affect the industry as a whole, but only specific companies are affected. It turns out that, just like government intervention, corruption is not the main cause of business stagnation.

Also, a factor that, according to some, can lead to business stagnation, is often called the lack of a sufficient number of qualified personnel who can develop and produce quality products. The opinion is of course interesting and seems to be even correct, but, if you think well, it turns out that this factor again, like corruption, affects specific companies, and not industries.

In other words, all companies that really want to find qualified personnel for themselves, if not in their own country, so abroad, the good of the border is now actually open and in case of urgent need you can invite a specialist from any country. Thus, the qualification of personnel also cannot be considered as an anchor that does not allow a business to develop, which means that it is necessary to continue the search for the real reason why a business is not moving.

Many people associate the stagnation of business with the fact that companies, due to rising prices for factors of production, have to raise the price of their products and as a result it is not selling well. Of course, the price level affects whether the consumer will buy this product or not, but if you try hard, you can find a way to set a price that is competitive. You can always find ways to reduce costs, since this is more than enough measure.

For example, you can start producing goods in countries with low wages. You can also review the process and optimize it. You can find ways to use cheaper materials. In general, with a strong desire, you can always find a way to reduce the price, which means that its level is not decisive and does not lead to business stagnation, with the exception of very, very rare cases.
